Return Policy

At Kehfab our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. This policy is in place to ensure proper credit for your returns.

We accept returns of stock material within 30 days of purchase.

There will be a 20% restocking charge on all eligible returns.

Custom pieces and special orders are final sale.

DETAILS:

– Confirmation of purchase may be required; we will not credit any material returned to Kehfab that was not sold by Kehfab.
– Returns will only be offered if the product is in its original packaging, unopened, in saleable condition.
– Hangers and pipe supports are accepted in full, unopened packages only.
– Refunds will be provided as a credit note for all customers with charge accounts.
– Returns paid for by cash will be refunded in cash if the amount is less than $50 and paid for by cheque if greater than $50.
– Returns paid for by or cheque, if cleared after 10 days, will be refunded by cheque.

Note: All material left at Kehfab becomes the property of Kehfab; anything not eligible for credit will be discarded or recycled.
